By using devopsedgetech.digital or enrolling in Devopsedgetech lessons, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book sessions.

Bookings and payment

Places in workshops, coaching, and clinics are confirmed in writing after enquiry. Fees and deposits are as agreed in that confirmation. Informational prices on the site may change; the written confirmation controls.

Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, ranking templates, and website content remain the property of Devopsedgetech or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach from them commercially without prior written consent.

Conduct

Participants must not record sessions without permission, disrupt other learners, or misrepresent Devopsedgetech materials as personalised advice to third parties.

Website use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, or scrape content at scale. We may suspend access where misuse is reasonably suspected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Devopsedgetech is not liable for investment losses, trading outcomes, or decisions made after attending educational sessions or reading site content. Our liability for services we supply is limited, where permitted, to re-supply of the training or payment of the cost of re-supply.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
