We do not ask for tax file numbers, full banking passwords, or brokerage login credentials.

Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are typically retained for up to twenty-four months. Enrolment and payment records are retained for seven years or as required by Australian tax law. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, usually in aggregated form.
Sharing
We use service providers for email, hosting, and (if you accept analytics cookies) visit measurement. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
